Programming also includes stability or flexibility instructions based on assessment and foam rolling directions. Adding a nutrition package really helps see results. All of my clients that have purchased a nutrition plan have seen body composition changes at a faster rate than without.
Beginner Programming in a Fitness Facility (1-3 days a week and up to 6 months experience)
Beginner programs are for people starting out or have been away from resistance training for 6+ months. This is to focus on balance, stability, mobility, general strength, weight loss, and executing fundamentals with proper form.
One session (55 minutes): $175.00 ($50/hr)
5 session package: $350.00 ($45/hr)
10 session package: $525.00 ($40/hr)
4 week program with one 85 minute session included: $315.00

Intermediate Programming in a Fitness Facility: (2-4 days a week and up to 1 year experience)
Intermediate programming is for someone that knows how to execute and perform all of the fundamental movements and would like to lift with more volume per muscle group. Hypertrophy and strength programming is emphasized but not at the intensity of advanced programming. Other factors that would be considered in programming but not limiting the execution of core lifts would be mobility, stability, and balance/coordination.
One session (55 minutes): ($55/hr)

Advanced Programming in a Fitness Facility: (4-6 days a week and 1-2+ years of consistent resistance training experience)
Advanced programming is for someone that has years of experience and has been doing core lifts for at least a year. Cycles of resistance training would be programmed at this stage and concepts like bodybuilding, powerlifting, and Olympic lifts would be tailored along with mobility and stability or any prehab movements to aid in programming towards your fitness goals.
One session (55 minutes): ($60/hr)

If you're working with me and plan on going on vacation, I give 1 week programs using a $30 band kit for $40.00. This is a great way to keep your fitness up while you're away from a gym! I can also program a workout if you have access to a fitness facility or gym. Again, I would have to be working with you to have already assessed your fitness level in order to program a safe and effective workout for you.
If you would like an extra copy of my program after you have worked with me, it's $12.00
